Why was my credit card declined?

You will receive an alert if your credit card was declined. This could be for a number of reasons, but is most commonly resolved by re-entering your current billing information or contacting your bank.

To re-enter your credit card information, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Inbox Storage account.
  2. Click on your account link located at the top right of the page.
  3. Under Account Info, click on "Change" under Billing Info.
  4. Enter your new billing information and then click on "Save Changes"
